[GWX] cant leave area, CTD
 

Hi,

It seems I cant leave the harbor area anymore.. SH crashes to desktop when I am around 40 km from the harbor when departing for patrol.

I tried several routes out, but they the all cause CTD, what seems to be inside NTdll file.

Also lowered the soundcard to basic accelleration, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

I'm probably not the one that knows how to help. But maybe someone could help if they knew what mods youre running and what changes to any files youve made.

Just finished a reinstall, and problem went away. must be a corruption somewhere..

Well, actually.. I had a nice patrol, saved and went to bed. This morning I started Sh3 to continue, but suddenly, I had a Direct3D error.. SH refused to start.

Tried it all, not a computer noob here, but no luck. I wanted to do a complete windows reinstall a long time, so now took the liberty for doing so.
U-69 will be lost on sea for a while..

Just got rid of the whole shebang, it caused me headaches with FS2004 also, but postponed the totaler refresh.. but did it today.
Until now, all went fine.. she's sailing again!!!:yep:
