Ok Guys

I'm reading two different things in this thread and I see 5 games i'm ready to order right now.

Let me know whats up. :D

SteamWake 05-15-07 10:33 AM

Let me say that I have no experience with Go Gamer whatsoever.

All I did was note that they offer for sale a piece of dubious vaporware.

Im almost tempted to try to order one just to see what happens.

Don't get us going on Seawolves.... it's a very sore subject, especially for all the makers of FREE mods. :yep:

Go Gamer is in buisness to sell PC and Console games, and that says it all. Enough said by me on this and hope it's the end of the subject for everyone. Let your consience be your guide.

FIREWALL 05-15-07 01:19 PM

i don't want that p.o.s. seawolves, it doesn't even deserve caps.:nope:

I want to add a few raceing and flying sims to my already large collection and maybe another SH-4. :)

I won't hold it against them for selling something I don't want "seawolves" but,
are they a dependable site to order from?

Edit: Forgot I can get another SH-4 from here.

IME, GoGamer is more dependable than Amazon. And waaaay faster at shipping as well. I have never had any problems with them and would recommend them without hesitation. Their owner, who often stops by the SimHQ forums, is an avid simmer and offers titles that mainstream shops don't.

PD

that Seawolves. isn't it most of the mods done for SH3 that someone put together for sale, w/out the modders permissions:down: ? read a review about that in PCGamer where they said you're better off dl'ing it for free than to pay for it

US versus Europe Version?

I'm guessing the original post in this thread may be the European version:

http://www.gogamer.com/Silent-Hunter...VVviewprod.htm

And the other version mentioned by Rilex, also from their website, is the US (Bonus) version:

http://www.gogamer.com/Silent-Hunter...VVviewprod.htm

Check out the box cover pics in each link. That may explain why the listed retail prices are different. Just a guess.:hmm:
