unlock/mod captains cabin
 
hi can some one do a mod/or unlock the captains cabin in sh4 it seems to be in the .cfg file.:yep:

Probably a left over from SH3, so still would need to create a new room.

I think it means the office ashore
 
I think what it is calling Cpt's is actually the starting office ashore. I fear it is not possible to add any spaces to the game. We are stuck with the few spaces modeled, and can only work within them. New ones do not seem practical to create. We lost a lot from SH3, and the remains can be seen in the legacy file deadweight still in SH4. The development emphasis in SH4 was on the surface and air units to create exicting surface actions and visuals and not on the subs. We got lots of Yamatos but lost lots of interior space and interactivity. Even events and key commands that exist in the SH4 files and could have been activated or documented were not.:nope: It is very disappointing and frustrating.
