Two Torpedo Questions
 

1. Has anyone discovered a one click or default load out for torpedos so it doesn't require loading them one at a time while in port? Tedious.
2. What value can be changed in what file so that torpedos are defaulted in fast mode? I always shot fairly close in and have to manually select high speed on every torpedo including reloads.

When you get to your home port, select "refit", wait for your torps to reload, then click "refit" again. This will stop all of the tedious having to reload each torp individually when back in dock.

As for a default setting for fast torps, I don't think that this is possible. In my personal experience I have found that all tubes default to normal speed and contact/influence.
