[WIP] Sclass Patrol Mod

First off a big thanks to Ducimus, Beery and LukeFF for letting me hack their
work and include it in this mod.

As many are aware of Ducimus came up with the innovated idea of restructuring
the flotilla.upc file to eliminate repeating patrols, I've taken this a bit
further by merging it with Beery's Dutch harbor & 21 career starts, and have
added LukeFF's Hull SS numbers mod as well.
The reason I did this was to include the S18 at Pearl for the duration of the
war and I needed to revamp the patrols so that they would be doable by an S boat.
Of course one thing led to another and I kept finding stuff I wanted to try.

Here are the features:

- added S Class to Pearl, Freemantle & Brisbane for the duration of the war (this is most likely not historically correct however S boats were used throughout the war in many different capacities, this just opens up more gameplay)
- upgraded S Class conning towers to late war versions for AA use
- increased surface speed from 13.5 to 15 (historical reference)
- increased submerged speed from 9 to 11 (historical reference)
- increased surface range from 8000 to 10,000 (5000 NM is the historical reference, I assume the dev's upped it for gameplay purposes, I've done the same, we can perhaps justify it by saying we sacrificed cargo space for more fuel capacity:)
- crash depth is 40 m or 131 ft, the .sim file was 122 ft, corrected to 131 / crush depth remains unchanged at 200 ft
- decreased crush speed from 2 to 1
- added Dutch Harbor as a starting location, includes missions - from PTM 1.12 by Beery
- added 21 career starts to match video briefings - from PTM 1.12 by Beery, reorganized by shad
- revised patrol structure to eliminate repeating patrols - Ducimus, reorganized for the S boats by shad
- adjusted sub availability intervals to eliminate early retirement - Ducimus
- moved harbor starting location for Pearl, fixes IDL bug - Ducimus
- reversed renown options
- added hull ss numbers - LukeFF
- cleaned up .upc files, checked dates and inconsistencies

Note: S Class boats historically had a crew of 4 officers (including the skipper) & 34-39 elisted men
you can use these numbers as a reference to set up your crew prior to a patrol.

Although I've done a butt load of editing here the credit goes to Ducimus, Beery & LukeFF
for the original ideas contained herein, please thank them and be sure to ask permission
before using these files in any other mod.

The sub tweaks were made using timetravellers minitweaker & tweakfiles by nvdrifter

Much thanks to Ubi for the game and Subsim.com for the forums.

A pretty simple mod that adds some nice features for those who do not want
to use the large mod packages.

Even if your not an S boat skipper this mod is still very useful for the new
patrol structure and the start dates.

I also came across a few oddities in the flotilla file concerning Manila.
Seems you can start a career there with the S-18, Porpoise, Salmon and Sargo
when the base falls during your first patrol the S-18 will be transferred to
Brisbane and the Sargo to Pearl, but there was no entry for the other two?
This seems wrong to me and although I haven't tried it, could this be why
some people don't get transfer messages? At any rate I provided transfer links
for the Porpoise and Salmon to Pearl...will see what happens.

For S boat skippers this mod will add a lot of options, hope you enjoy it.
So far it works well in my game and I will continue to work out any problems
that may arise.

It could be done in real life by pumping some extra diesel into some of the ballast tanks. Diesel floats on water so it can be syphoned off the top of the water in the tanks. It restricts your use of the tanks and would slow dive times, but you would, obviously, use up this diesel stock first.
