So I posted a Glen Miller music piece that referenced "in the mood" with chickens doing the piece and the post get's deleted after seven [7] people responded so a few folks can have a good laugh. Was told it [the song] is copyrighted and I was not welcome for doing it. I have less than 100 posts. Yet, Kapitan Phillips with over 1,000 posts takes an EXACT copy of scenes from Das Boot - which is ILLEGAL, makes two funny clips, [without permission from the director or the film company] and everyone laughs and it is o.k. to have it posted?

And it is still on the main page for someone that totally disregarded copyright infringement[s].

Bizzare.

Sounds like double standards by those moderating.

The correct way to complain would have been to PM the moderator who told you that. See the forum rules: "If a member wishes to challenge a Moderator action that involves the member, this challenge must be raised in private via PM or email, not in public."
