cant get speed rating to work.

cant get speed rating to work. is there a problem with the speed calculation? I have tried but cannot get a speed calculation on any targets. if its not a bug, how do i do it?

Are you referring to the Speed part of the TDC? That does not do anything, looks like it was not finished.
