Dont understand radar
 

My submarine controle panel shows sd radar fitted but the turn on switch is greyed out and I cannot turn it on.Also after getting SJ radar and improved SD I can switch on but the operators never report air contacts only surface.

First off patch up to 1.2 and the radar will no longer report surface contacts (thank goodness).

Secondly there is a plethora of threads on this topic try searching them out and read some of them.

There are known issues with the radar.

It is a team job, not only mine.

Works fine, except because has the same problem than into V1.1, SD radar detect surface ships.

If you can live with this, it is better to have no contacts.
