Right, I've been crying laughing at this even on the third time watching it

Bernhard must've lied about his name on the employment application.

You don't know the real thing...
Thousands of short films in this style were produced by german state TV in the 1970s and 1980s for everything related to driving, safety instructions at work and whatever. The driver's education spots were called "der 7. Sinn" (seventh sense) and the more recent ones are still shown at times when nobody under 70 watches public TV. The style, the people and athmosphere is spot on, at least before it gets too gory. The voice over is actually done by the same guy who did the seventh sense spots for almost 30 years. Great sense of humour for a german public TV employee or maybe he did not know what the finished film would be like.... My personal favorite genuine spot is one from the early 1970s which educates you about the dangers of women driving. You see how dangerous women are when driving with high heels, get their bracelets stuck in the handbrake of their Volkswagen and using the rearview mirror to check their make up... :rotfl: All that with a very detached scientific voice over and women looking just very 70ish... |
Thats one of the funniest videos I have EVER seen on YouTube!
Thx! -S |
Have seen dozens of forklift safety videos ( as am a Forklift driver ) never seen one as funny as that though
