Screenshots from Theatre of War

I picked up the full version yesterday, after spending some time with the demo. Great game for sure, and here are a few screenshots I've taken:

Wow, looks pretty sweet... :o

What's it like, close combat 3d or something?

It's like Battlefront's excellent Combat Mission series, but in real time. Similar to CoH, though it's more gritty and leans towards more realism than arcadey gameplay. ToW employs realistic shell ballistics, armor penetration calculations, damage effects in addition to destructible environments, trenches and fortifications. I'm typically not a fan of RTS, as most end up being a key mashing click fest, though ToW seems to have really struck a nice balance. Really enjoying it anyway.

Ah goodie, need to get this one then. I love Combat Missions, but Close Combat series has the spot in my heart so this sounds really good. ;)
