[TEC] Deck Gun and Watch Crew slots
 

Historically, were these slots the domain of crewmen who performed no other duty on the boat? Were they pulled from their "regular" duty station when the officer ordered the deck and flak guns manned? I need to know this for the Realistic Crew Config mod I'm working on. ;)
