Ship Recognition ID Checkbox problem
 

I don't recall seeing this issue and I did a search of the forum, paging thru 20+ page threads is a chore with dial-up.

Any way, when I'm conducting an approach, I id the target in the book by checking the box. That goes fine and after I put the scope down for a time I need to re-id the target, that's ok.

Here's the problem. I have the same target in view, page the book, click the box - nothing but the click sound. I can't check the range as I need the mast height. I lock the scope to it and no help. I end up swinging the scope around to a different target check the box and it works. Uncheck and swing back to original target check the box and it works.

Very annoying, especially when close to firing point. I do have a few mods applied - green lamp, battery fix, new keyboard commands, and a few others.

Anyone else have this problem?
