The download link is at the bottom of the page on the above link. Replaces the stock captains picture on the desk in Pearl Harbor with a picture of Rita Hayworth from some time during the war.

Backup your old "pictue.tga" then unzip to C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific\Data\CaptainPicture

Not historically accurate, but ahh. i like it. Rita Hayworth is definatly better in the historical department though ;)

I found the crew picture just a few minutes ago. It's in the Data\Textures\TNormal\tex folder and it's called mapa07.dds.

Beery, what other than photo shop can I use to work with dds?

I don't have Photo Shop. Is there a simple utility I can use to view and do simple cut and pastes to .dds? I can see the .dds, as thumbnails, but I can't open them.
