[REQ] Tweak enviromental effects

I love the darker seas of this effect.. also I really like the transparant water.
But isn't it a bit to transparant ? I am from Holland near the Northsea, and it's definetly not clear here.
I have never been to the pacific but is the water really that clear ?

For the guys with less systems here.. It would also be cool to tweak this a bit
* less transparancy in water
* remove the transparancy for other boats
* all the others I forget

I love enviromental effect, but also kills my framerate from 45 to 22.

US submarine skippers in the Pacific were warned that in some conditions their subs would still be visible to aircraft at 125 ft. ;)

with this utility could be possible change some things.

In real life a submarine In shallow an sand bottom for sure could be vissible , but in deep waters could be more difficult.

some reduction can help people with low end cards, also probably IA could take a value from a file, independent from Graphics.
For external views is nice , but useless for people who donīt use external camera, the bad thing is if you disable transparent water you disable fog and other things too. :doh:

another game which have a nice transparent water is pirates of the caribbean.

I've downloaded the minitweaker, and opened it.. But all the numbers only made me dizzy :D

If someone can maybe help a bit to make Enviromental effects also usable for lower specs.

transparancy of water is rendered by the water shaders in .../data/shaders/water
