Best video settings & game options

What would be the best settings for an ATI 9600XT video card using a AMD Athlon 64 at 3.2GHz (stock) and 2 gig RAM onboard. What game settings would be optimal..... I'm tweeking but can't seem to get anywhere. Help needed :hmm:

Also, the ingame start video is displayed in red's and green, the rest of the graphics are fine once past the start. Had a similar prob with SH3 but can't remember the fix :damn:

Open Catalyst Control Center and go to the Video tab/All Settings. Make sure that the box Windows Media Video Acceleration is UNchecked.
