Saves & Torpedo reloads in PA

I haven't played PA in quite awhile. The reason I stopped playing it was that you could not save the game, it would crash evertime you hit escape. You could not make a save the game would crash & the other problem was the inability to reload all #10 torpedo tubes. Has any of this been fixed & if so would you send me the download that covers both of these problems.

No work has been done in PA since the last official patch. But I never got those strange CTD you are mentioning when hitting ESC :-?
