[REL] Retextured Orders bar gauges

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YGHPOY4M This small modification replaces stock dial textures of the SHIV orders bar. The intent was to mimic the gauges found on the U.S.S. Pampanito, a WWII Balao Class submarine. Installation Extract the content of OAKsHudGauges.zip into your SHIV directory, acknowledge Overwriting existing (stock) files. Using manual installation; Dials_us_imperial.dds and Dials_us_metric.dds go into your SHIV\Data\Menu\Gui\Layout folder.
