my A key fix
 

the A key CTD is a localization problem with the english version:D

install my hotfix http://user1548.hostingbase.de/misc/A_Key_Fix.zip
with JSGME or copy the menu.txt to .../data/menu/

note:
the fix just stops the CTD and make the A key functioning to level up the boat but don't fix the conversion meters -> feet for this command!

Please, a little guide to edit it maually... i have this file modified yet.... :up:

search for 1029=Current depth %.0f %s
replace with 1029=Current depth %.0f Meter

(Meter is the better choice because the measurement conversion don't work here correct)

The original 1029=Current depth %.0f %s
Seems misleading as 0 in 0f is the number "zero" and not the letter "O" as at first I thought it was the word Of but it is indeed 0 ( zero ) f
Learn something new ever day around here. :lol:

Also teriffic way of making an error and I'm very good at makeing errors.
