Tweak Files For All Sub and Ship Gun Values

I am currently creating new tweak files for all submarine and ship gun values. Reload times, ammo magazine amounts, ammo storage amounts, and other things will be moddable with these tweak files.

*A lot of the credit for this goes to Schlageter-JG26 for doing the detective work. :up:
