AI Difficulty settings?

When you select your difficulty at the start of a campaign it is only setting up the realism paremeters and has no effect on the enemy AI. Is this correct? I think the AI is the same no matter what.

Go to : Data/Cfg/Gameplaysettings and you can see what the dif. settings
mean...

thanks for the reply. so if i want the AI to be similar to the GWX AI in SH3, what is the best difficulty?
