Goodmorning! Has anybody discovered how to straight fire the stern torpedo tubes?

What I acctually need is this: How can I manually set the desired bearing in order to adjust the Gyro angle to the value that I need? I dont mean to make the periscope a shoot and fire device!

The manual shooting in SH4 needs some moding I think....
