[REQ] Non-popping up gauges/compass with relative bearings
 

As said in the title. I always click on the wrong part when the gauges start popping up, why can't they stay one size??? Also, in SH3 you have relative bearings on the non moving part of the compass, so you don't need to mentally convert your lookout reports.
