Wake Island attack in dynamic campaign?
 

Just curious, if you goto Wake Island during the night raid by the japanese, will you see shelling and troop transport making their way to the island? I can't seem to get there at the specific time the attack took place.

when did the attack acttualy take place??

1941 December 23rd, 2am I think. There was an earlier attempt on the 11th that was thwarted outright.

ow and over your question: the game still didnt arrive here:damn: but i heard people saying that the attack force of pearl harbor was there on the day that pearl harbor was attacked, so i think it will be the same on wake island

btw does any1 know all the dates of big events in sh4 ,like pearl harbor?

Well I got there at the exact date they attacked, and while they had control of the island (I was being fired upon by shore batteries), I didn't see any attacking force. What's even stranger is that I never even got a message for the first attack, let alone the second. I'm beginning to wonder if events can change from their historical outcome, although that doesn't seem to likely.

yeah but i think you got to be there on the 22nd of december couse then are the ships coming in. but thats just guessing. did you went to pearl harbor while the attack?? there were carriers and stuff

Bump. I'd like to know if anyone else has tried this. I'm suprised that there isn't even a task force headed towards Wake during the hours before the attack.
