Is there a rez tool that works on Vista?

Just trying SH3 on Vista and I remember with XP there was a rez tool so I could play in 1280x1024, anyone know if there is such a tool that will work on Vista 32bit?

Well, I've tried the tool that worked in XP and it doesn't seem to work in Vista..

I actually just copied my whole SH3 folder over to my new (vista) laptop and it worked fine, including the resolution fix. I didn't have a starforce issue... I ditched starforce long ago. (Yes I do have a genuine copy of SH3. I just don't like needing the DVD)

THe resolution patch I had installed that worked fine on XP and vista was in a file named dx9res10.zip

Hope this helps

Hmm. I havs tried running this twice now and I can't get it working. It all completes fine in the Application Compat module, I save, install and it says it's done, but no joy. Should I be running it on a vanilla installation with no Mods?

What rez are you running at and what edits did you make to the cfg file, if you don't mind me asking?
Thx

Sorry I can't remember exactly how I got it going, but as I said, I originally installed it in XP... then copied the whole sh3 directory over to the new vista machine

This is my d3d9.cfg file
