How to control escorts in MP

Just gave the MP a try. 2 friends played subs, i took the DD's.

After some time one sub was detected, but when I fired the depth charges it wasn't damaged because there are no depth settings for them. I could see the sub moving along below the detonations in external view.

Some Questions:

Is there a way to order the DD's to attack a specific target?

How can I change the depth charge settings?

Is there a way to expand a LAN-Game above one hour of play?

Yes, you can move the slider all the way to unlimited. Though too for the first time I tried that the 1hr was the max, but then noticed that I can go further down and set it to unlimited. ;)
