[REQ] Help deciphering menu_1024_768.ini

I was poking around a bit tonight trying to get the SH3 nav map tools into SH4. One of the problems I have run into is the changes in the format for each element in the file. Stuff now looks like this:

[G31 I31]
Name=Waypoints
Type=1032;Button
ItemID=0x311A0003
ParentID=0x31010000
Pos=83,-1,40,40
Zone= 689 768 40 40 0 1 0x31010000 0.200483 -0.0238095 0x311A0003 0 0 0 0
Materials=4
Display=0;No stretch
Mat 0=data/menu/gui/maptools.tga
Crop 0=0,0.640625,0,0
Mat 1=data/menu/gui/maptools.tga
Crop 1=0,0.640625,0,0
Mat 2=data/menu/gui/maptools.tga
Crop 2=0,0.800781,0,0
Mat 3=data/menu/gui/maptools.tga
Crop 3=0,0.800781,0,0
MatFlags=0x1
TexFmt=0x0
Font=1
TextFlags=0x0
StatesColors=0xB0B0B0FF, 0xFF, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFFFF
ToolTipText=2248

Any help deciphering what the Zones stuff is would help, I also dont know what the difference in the #s for Materials.

Welp...this is what I have gotten so far in messing around. And note: this is not a photoshop, this is an actual working menu ala SH3. I am still having some problems with it (a loading error i need to track down and some other minor stuff). Look I have the waypoint marker working in it also :)
