Harder to hit with torps?

I am a lame lock and fire newb, but has anybody else noticed that its still hard to hit the ships? Harder than in SH3 it seems.

Also, the batteries seem to drain MUCH faster.

I've noticed the batteries drain alot quicker too, But I've found it just as easy (if not easier) to hit with torpedoes, using similar realism settings that is.
