I've decided to give British shipping a breather. I can't contribute to the poll until tommorow, but in SH3 my first torp was a hit and ship destroyed.
With manual targeting off, though my first manual shot was a hit too.

4 torps against the Mugami. 1 premature explosion, and three hits. sunk. My solution was a bit off, though, they all hit around the stern. Good thing I forgot to set the salvo angle. :lol:

I don't even remember where my first torpedo went! :lol:

It was in the Borneo Convoy mission and I think I may have hit. I fired off several torps before realizing I was aiming them wrong, but due to a good position I think one of them hit a freighter anyway.

My first properly-aimed TDC torpedo hit, but it was in a training mission I set up myself where I was in an ideal position knowing the exact range and speed of the target.

My first campaign attack was successful, though it was 2 shots for 1 hit.

I don't use manual targeting (shame etc.) and I missed.

I think my first torp was a malfunction. The torpedo hit, but not the intended target.

I sank myself. :o

Either that, or there was an explosion in the torpedo room.
