Discussion: "I just received/bought SH4!" Thread
Let's keep all this type of info. in here so it is easy to locate for people.
It REALLY helps, especially since there could be folks out there who could be getting their copies but have no clue they are in fact able to do so. |
The Official "I just received/bought SH4!" Thread
This thread is for those lucky skippers who have SH4 in their hands.
Please post details as your general location, how you acquired the game (store purchase, preorder delivery, download, etc.) If a preorder, please say where order was placed (Ubi store, Amazon.com, etc) and shipping carrier and service (overnight, 2 day ship, etc.) Thanks! |
It doesnt make any sense to me at all. These have to be all overseas stores. Cause this don't ever happen in USA.
|
Well, it does happen quite a bit here, we just don't really notice all the time. FSX came out about a week or so early because Best Buy accidentaly put it on their shelves. lol
Will it happen with SHIV here? I have no idea. But I do know one thing for sure....if the game is currently being installed by customers who have recieved their copies through legitimate means, then Ubisoft should most definately release every where. Now. P.S. Thx, Donner. :) |
Ok...Both threads (Ark's and mine) have been merged together for the Official "I received/bought SH4!" Thread.
Let's get some sighting reports in here...pronto! :sunny: |
People say they have bought it in Sweden. Well Id just like to say that I'm very confused. Three days ago ubisoft.se had releasedate for sweden as 2007-03-16.
Since i also live in Sweden I thought of cancel my Amazon order, but I had doubt in that release date, so I did not bother. And right I was, a day later they changed it to 2007-03-23(which still stands, LINK) And all online stores shows the same release date, only taking pre-orders. :hmm: |
Maybe the supposed Sweden-buyers are pirates who dont check updated release dates?:hmm:

Pre ordered mine from Play , in the UK release date is set for the 23rd of March { most games come out on a Friday here, no idea why lol } so I hope that Play will send it this week , they usually have it in store about three days before release.
|
Sweden has a history of releasing games earlier than they should, so it's not surprising really.

Wow, with a heading of "The Official "I just received/bought SH4!" Thread " and there are already 11 (now 12) postings and not one from anyone with it, including the only member that actually claimed to have received it early.:hmm:
