menu file question -
 

Had an idea, but first;
I would like to know when SH3 accesses or reads a certain file, \data\Menu\en_menu.txt
Presumably just once when the game starts up, but would like to know for sure.

Try Reming out or adding back the H.I once the game has loaded to the main menu, and then start a single mission. See if the changes stick.
