Need help with Engineer slideout bar

Can anyone help with with engineer slideout bar. I want dallete this bar form attack periscope and from UZO. I dont know how to do that. pls help

I don't know, but alternatively you can use the "NYGM like" dial mod where the TDC dials are on top of the screen. I tried the dial mod you show but found it was also interfering with the text bottom of screen.
