Sorry if this has been ask

I have searched and cannot find an answer. I finally figured out how to order Vista to accept the 1.4b patch and GWX + 1.02 patch. However, after everything loads, Not so long ago appears, then the game pause comes on and I can't get it off pause. Has anyone else had this problem and any idea of a fix? Thanks in advance.

Welcome:up: Not sure but somebody will hopefully get to this.

Have you checked the time compression (lower right-hand corner)? If it's at zero click it to 1.

Yes, thanks. The 0 in the time compression is orange and will not change. You can hit backspace to clear the pause and it sticks back on after a second. I have been using SHIII since 2006 with Rub and commander. This is a new computer so there were no mods on the clean installation. This is a Dell 1505 laptop with 1 meg memory, dual 2050 processors 32 bit and a Radeon X1400 video card.

Hang in there, Matey, someone who can help will show up.
BTW, welcome aboard! This is a great group.

That fixed that problem, Thanks so much. Now I need to search jerky game play and memory settings.
