Spot-Careers-mod

I have been toying around with what I call a 'spot-career'. The idea is to make a specialized mod that covers a career in only one small area of the map. This allows one to erase all the data and ships from the world map (Campaign_RND.mis, and Campaign_SCR.mis) from the areas outside the spot-career zone. Why do it? For one it reduces the load on memory and allows one to fill up the spot-zone with a realistic number of ships. None of tha harbors I have seen in any mod have the actual number of small craft that should actually inhabit a harbor. One never sees fishing fleets in the numbers that should exist. It also allows one to vastly increase the number of possible pathways for single ships - like say the Bismarck - over a period of months. Most mods have the same ships plying the same paths day after day. In a spot campaign you can have the ships plying all new routes each time you begin - even just 2 days apart in time.
