Mod to add ships names in patrol log

I've tried a search, but get to many returns. Is there/what is the mod that adds names (S.S. What Ever) C2 Cargo to the patrol log?

In SH£Cmdr enable/tick the box 'use real ships names in patrol logs' :up:
