To mod or not to mod

Well i've been away from SH3 for a long time now but i dusted it of last week and been playing it stock and cussing at it "again":damn: so i've been looking thru the mods and theres a lot so i am calling out to every one to see what mod is best for me i like realism more than anything but with all the mods i'm kinda stuck so suggestions and comments on the various mods would be more than welcome:ping:

Hi and welcome to subsim

Well there are 2 ways to go

Either add a selection of mods to form your own install or add a supermod

There are 3 to choose from

WAC 2
NYGM 2.4
And GWX

Well I will have to stay unbiased and recommend GWX

New flotillas
New theatres of operation
New aircraft and shipping

I could go on

Read through the manual

Enjoy your stay

leeclose; Asking what mod to use in here is like tossing gasoiline on a campfire, repost city.

Here is a link to the SH3 MODS workshop

All of the supermods contain a vast amount of talent and each enhance the game. Some make radical changes to how the game works, such as bouyancy, renown, and identification. You can download each one and try them, but first I highly suggest you read each manual or read-me files, and read them again. Make sure the mod you choose makes the changes to the game you want or would like, and not what someone else wants for you.

I think everyone here would recomend JSGME. Once you get the hang of that nifty application installing / uninstalling mods is much easier.
