SUBSIM Radio Room Forums - Thumbs up to the modders!

I'm a relative newcomer to SH3. Only had the game a few months and a recent convert to GWX and Commander. But this evening I really saw what those mods have done for the game. Following a teensy cock-up involving not rolling back Commander before installing a mod and a slightly bigger cock-up by deleting one or two files I shouldn't have, in an attempt to fix it, I decided to completely delete everything involving Silent Hunter and re-install. While I was waiting to download the GWX files I decided to have a patrol of stock SH3. It nearly felt like playing SH2 again. The gameplay was completely different and not half as cool. Just thought I'd draw a bit more attention to it. You've done a class job.
Oh and following the constructive criticism I received when i looked for help, when modding in future I will read the *********g manual:D
