I think Finland is buying the JASSM soon as we sign the "Declaration of Principles for Defense Equipment and Industrial Cooperation", with US.
I would have liked to see the Air Force taking the Taurus.

A penetrating cruise missile? A good idea, but it can only be used on the F-18. We don't have Gripens or Typhoons. The US now wants "joint" weapons, which can be used in different branches of the military.

I ment for the Finnish Air Force. We are also getting some new US missiles against radar stations. Anyone remember the name of the missile?

The AGM-88 is the only one I can think of that we even have. It's called the H.A.R.M., which means "High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile." Very handy weapon to have against SAM sites.:yep:

Seems that the JASSM is very cheap and there are multiple different warheads in development, including a bunker buster and different submutions.
The range is also going to be improved to 1000Km, putting many vital targets within strike distance.
Very impressive weapon, can see why our airforce has the hots for it, hope that the deal goes through.:up: Though this might piss of the Russians a lot..
