Transfer to 2nd Flotilla
 

Hello Everyone,

It's July 2nd, 1940 in Silent Hunter III without any mods (Only Patch 1.4b) and I am in the 1st Flotilla. I want to switch to the 2nd Flotilla but the 2nd Flotilla isn't there at the transfer screen; only 1st and 7th flotilla are there, yet I see three circles on the map, but only the 1st and 7th flotillas' circles are highlighted.

Could anyone please offer any insight?

I'm not totally sure but to transfer to a new flotilla you must:

1. Have at least 3 patrols in your current flotilla
2. Be a member of your current flotilla for at least 6 months
3. Have a U-Boat type that is in use in the new flotilla (the one you want to apply to)

My opinion is that you might need to change your boat, as your current one might not be supported by the new flotilla.

Second does not start until September 1940 out of Lorient, just looked at this through SHCommander.
