GWX Patching Problems
 
Well I finally just got GWX (yeah yeah no need to chastize me) and I attempted to patch it to the latest version, but I ran into an error.
The message I got was: Modifications installed via JSGME were found. Please disable all mods before continuing.

Problem with this message, is that during the installation of GWX, I did turn off all the mods, and they are still off now, so what is causing this problem?
Id like an answer ASAP so I can finally enjoy GWX :D
