Un-StarForce and GWX
 

I thought it was a no-no to discuss anything about circumnavigating StarFarce, but apparantly, according to a mod, you're only not allowed to discuss the how. So, without discussing how to do it, I would like to know if my random CTDs is anything to do with the fact that I may/may not have trashed StarFlop and may or may not be using a No CD thingimajig at the moment.

By the way, yes I do have the original game. I have a broken DVD-ROM to prove it and a DVD-Writer on the way out...no I wont be sueing StarFrock because I don't want to end up like Litvinenko. Yes, I'm pretty sure StarFrackass is the cause of my broken drives because when I have StarFakaka on my system, my only remaining half-good drive goes completely mental. And yes, thankfully a replacement DVD-ROM is cheap...but my other one wont be.

So again...my question: will circumcising StarFamooka and using a no-cd while using GWX do anything to the game...like random CTDs? Is this the cause?

Nope.

It is a no-no to discuss that. Questions like yours potentionally lead some others to ask "Where can I find the crack". Thread closed.
