The CD version, I believe, is the one that does not come with any bonuses.

No, it is the DVD and it comes with the standard Bonus Materials.
SH4 does not come on CD.

Anyway, here's where I'm getting it. I'll just have to contribute a bit to Subsim considering any guilt I may have.

Since you're in Cali, you'll likely get it in a day or two tops since that is evidentally their warehouse that has the software from my past pre-order experience. Even with the default 3 day shipping.

I do feel obligated giving a bit to Neal's baby going this route, but my donation would likely be larger than Amazon's.:up:

Yeah, everything I order from newegg with their standard shipping arrives on the 2nd business day. Newegg is a top-knotch online store. However, I'd be willing to pay a little bit more for shipping from Amazon to help Subsim out. Shipping from Ubisoft is quite cheap as well IIRC.

If I pre-order somewhere else, maybe I will just drop Subsim some cash through donation. As you already stated, I can garuntee my donation would be larger then a kick-back from Amazon as well.
