Nice Gato....
|
being a 1/72 its a BIG SOB though.
|
That model has some beutiful detail on it
|
That's some impressive modelling work there. 1/72 may be large, but what a great scale for capturing detail for display purposes. Great work.

I think if you plan it as surface vessel you can even made it r/c-controled...
(I build the Revell 1:72 HMS Snowberry Flower-class Corvette as R/C and its a eyecatcher on every pond...:ping: ) Andreas |
It can also be made as a fully functional static diving sub...check out this link.... http://www.subpirates.com/viewforum....8c1e78c3b667c5

I've been debating on getting one of these. But if I buy a GATO, I'm going to have to buy the Revell VIIC too, and on it goes.
I've been a model building freak from an early age... like 6. I have 100s of model airplanes and tanks back home, in various states of disrepair. I again started getting into building tank models while I was in the army, but I sold all those on ebay last year. I just don't have the room for the things. I probably will have to buy myself a Gato though :hmm: |
