Some sort of file error due to unknown compression method, even though it looks like a standard zip format.

Works much better, thank you for these! These old songs are public domain at that stage, right?

Doc1234 02-10-07 01:28 PM

I assume so...downloaded them from netwings

Gizzmoe 02-10-07 01:35 PM

I´ve removed the download links, mainly because I´m not sure those Glenn Miller and Andrew Sisters recordings are public domain.

Public domain means that it has to be 75 years old. By the way I new Ms. Tougari very well, I study Origami for 20 years. The first time I met her I called her Rose by mistake. I am glad I did not under stand that language as her son ask me to leave the store. Went back and apolo. some time later and we became friends. Some of the books I would buy from her were in japanees so if I got stuck on a fold she would translate it for me. Also back in 1965 my sister was going to a prep school in Columbus OH. to become a nun. Thats when she introduced me to miss. Mildred a very nice woman who was axis sally. I was 15 at the time and yes being the kid I was I asked her about what she had done in the war and her reply to me was for the love of her husband. It was a shame, because she wanted to become a nun while teaching music at the school but are religon would not let her because of what she had done, very sad she was really dedicated at her work with the girls at the school.

Regards

Chuck

I seem to remember the devs saying they couldnt use tokyo rose for copyright reasons, if these were public domain Im sure the devs would have been able to use them in the game. No sure tho since providing them for free for educational purposes versus using them in a paid for product may cause the issue.
