Damage Crew were the pits.

On my forth mission after a large convoy at per depth when were pinged from an unknown sourse. We dove to 100 M and were deoth charged, As soon as we were pinged I assigned a full damage crew with WO. We starterd to take damage and I started the Damage crew (GXW) which did not start. No matter what order I gave they would not repair so all the damaged areas went from yellow to red. Iwatched as my crew turned red one at a time (I will never watch them die again I wont stay in the crew area again). What did I do Wrong?

Does not make me feel better.

You were 100% correct however that means that it was me not Benard that killed us all. Thank you sir I will not make that mistake again.....

Well, don't feel to bad. I am sure you were not the only one to discover the pro's and con's of silent running.

I know I once found out about the downside while in the heat of battle too. Well maybe 2 times but I was just testing my theory and that's my story and I'm sticking to it

Oh, I never stayed on silent running when sinking. Bernard kept crying and doing his panic speech--Loudly! :dead: :dead:

Umm, I like my new avatar :sunny: (drunk in Trinidad)

I've had the same problem with torpedo reloading. Chief, damn it, reload, you pot bellied, sausage swilling, banana hording bilge rat! But we were still rigged for silent running.
