What about the Chinese?
 

Will the Chinese make an appearance in the game? They were sorely lacking in GWX's Asian theatre, so I'm hoping to see them appear in Silent Hunter 4, fighting the mad reign of these guys. Would be nice.

Considering that virtually all of China's coastal areas were under Japanese control and they had no navy left to speak of I don't see how they can put in an apperance at all. I suppose the odd civilian junk here and there.

Will I be able to machine gun them, too?

Well....there were a few Chinese vessels captured by the Japanese in the 1930s and used as coast defense ships. The ex-Chinese cruisers Ning Hai (IJN Ihoshima) and Ping Hai(IJN Yashojima) I think they would be waaay down on the to-mod list tho. ;)

Don't shoot the Chinese. They're our allies until Mao and Wal-Mart take over. :lol:
