What controls which type of debris is produced when a ship sunks?

There are several types of debris objets in debris.dat, some boxes, pieces of trucks and airplanes, what I want to know is how the game choses which one to show when a ship is sunk (normally you see some boxes floating)

Hi ref,
have you checked the *.zon files. There´s an entry that says PROPERTIES/SINKING EFFECTS. That might be a trigger possibly. I didn´t investigate it yet. Regards, DD |

@ DD, yes I've noticed that structure, but it has no parameters, most likelly it triggers the launch of debris and the sinking sounds, but I can't find what controls what kind of debris is produced, maybe it's random.
