Hillary Clinton can't sing the national anthem. The shame!

Every good communist must be able to sing the people's patriotic songs. And if they must be able to do it while they starve to death during the great leap backwards or die at the gulags, there's no excuse to get it wrong in the comfort of America. So, Hillarry Clinton is a bad communist. The place of this enemy of the people is not in presidency, but at the re-education camp.

:arrgh!:

Truly disturbing. In a historical context, ranks right up there with the awful Kia commercial... :rotfl:

However, I bet she could sing the hell out of the "Internationale".

Yours, Mike

Compared to the real damage politicians cause, I think such symbolic flaws are quite insignificant.

Wow she used a wrong word? A whole word? Hang her!

Bort 01-29-07 03:27 PM

So what? Its not like she was actually singing the song, she was just mumbling it under her breath like most people do. Mildly humerous at best and it doesn't disqualify her from being President. Perhaps that website should use spellcheck before posting stories however, misspelling the name of the third largest city in America and my hometown in the dateline.:stare:

Anyone else get the feeling that some folks feel very threatened by Mrs. Clinton?

This communist stuff is beyond hilarious.....

SUBMAN1 01-29-07 03:31 PM

That's pretty bad for a wannabe president. Is she really part of our congress too? I doubt any other member of congress would have issue with this.

I'm not shure threatened is the right word. This is just the early moments of what will be a knock down grag out. Since she recieved her own thread in the forum you may want to look at it and see that I said as much.

Konovalov 01-29-07 03:38 PM

Is this thread simply about this from the linked article:

Quote:

Instead of singing "O, say does that star-spangled banner", Senator Clinton sang, "o, say does our star-spangled banner."
This whole stink by many here is just as bad as those who constantly joke about President Bush and his occassional misuse of the English language. Surely you guys must have more pressing issues to comment on regarding US domestic politics? What a joke.

More like scared would be a better word. She has something to prove is the problem so our nation will suffer for it. I'd vote for any party person possible as long as it was not her. THe communist statements are not far off base either. SOme of her most noted statements include very communistic ideas. Sorry, I don't want my free nation to turn communist. SOme people like that, but I live here so I have freedom to do what I want and I don't need some lady changing that araound on me.

Exactly! :rotfl:

On the Hillary thread somebody said she'd get the heaviest bombardment, I wanted to fire the first shell. :ping: :88)

Personally, I won't vote for anybody who thinks or promises to use the State as a solution to anything. I'd never vote for Hillary Clinton (learned my lesson with Bush), but not because she failed to sing the national anthem. :)

ANy Brits here remember when John Redwood was secretary for Wales and caught pretending to sing the Welsh national anthem?

What a embarrassing moment for Margret. :rotfl:

In Australia they got so fed up with sporting teams that didn't sing the anthem that they demanded that the sport federations teach them! Now 90 % sing it well, the other ten manage to stumble through it!!

Your worried that Hillary suffs up one word in the national anthem?? We've had prime ministers who were drunk, forgot to put there pants on, and twang the queens bra strap!!:o
