Anyone know which uboat that is?
 

Hi there.

I took that pic from the skin thread in the Mod Workshop and since I downloaded this Typ IX skin I wanted to know which uboat this is in case anyone knows.

Since I want to include the skins in SH3 Commander to change at certain dates, it would also help if anyone knew when and possibly where this kind of camo was used for Type IX boats.

I believe it is U-123 because of the German helmet surrounded by the tree branches or whatever they are on the conning tower.

Look at the u-123 insignia...very similar to the picture you have. She was an IX just like your picture. Also did very well and I would suspect pictures like this would come about because of her success.
