I contacted our friend Mr unitestore. (He of the spam) and he stated he worked for Demco Communications.

So, I contacted Demco and asked them if they had an employee by the name of Martin Collins (the name I tracked down)

Here's the reply I got back:

Dear Richard,

Thank you for your email, and I most certainly do not have an employee by that
name. Him and many others are giving my company details out and people are
actually sending them money. The obvious then happens and they don't get any
goods in return.

I have also spoken to them and they are all Nigerians. I have contacted the
police and unfortunately the law does not protect me or my company from this
type of scam.

I have found them on at least 100 forum sites and maybe with your help and
guidance I can start to eliminate them.

I would be most grateful for your assistance and I have detailed below my
personal details.

advise you to Google search "unitestore" which is the name he uses to
register with the forums and post the advertisements.

This is a serious issue that I thought I should bring to your attention, as
it may have led to this man making profit by posing as an employee of yours
to trick others into trusting him.
