Sorry for the Newbie question but..

I cant seem to turn AA on in game. Is this rather done through your graphics card software?

Hi and welcome, if you mean Anti-Aliasing, this is tweaked in your graphics card section, be it Nvidia, ATRadeon etc. prior to the game.
